1) Connect your account

Meta OAuth (Instagram) or Gmail for email.

Takes ~2 minutes.

2) Set simple rules

Choose who the AI replies to and who it doesn’t reply to, set an away message, and enable human takeover. Pause anytime from your dashboard.

3) Let the AI work

It talks just like you — or your perfect employee (no one can tell it’s an AI) — then qualifies leads, books calls or service appointments, answers FAQs, and can share quotes or order confirmations. You get notifications for qualified, booked, or disqualified leads.

Next the assistant sends a friendly confirmation and invoice, shares the delivery window, and records the order in your log. You can pause or make changes at any time.

Appointment Setter qualifies and books

ai: for sure. before we get into plans, what is your story with fitness? maybe past sports, how you have felt in your body, or your relationship with food?

Next the assistant gathers goals and basics, offers two time options, books the call, and saves the transcript to your log for review.

What data we use and why

What we store (server-side)

We store only account information needed to operate the AI (e.g., name, email, username, and your connection identifiers/tokens for IG or Email). We don’t sell data. We don’t keep conversation content beyond what’s necessary to deliver your replies in real time.

Control & deletion

Pause the AI anytime from your dashboard. To remove your account information, email salesfinderai@gmail.com. We’ll delete it upon request.

Notifications

You can get notified when a lead is qualified, books a call/service, or is marked disqualified.

Your channels only

We act through your authorized IG/Meta or Email connection to send replies you approve.

Security and compliance

• Tokens stored server-side with restricted access

• HTTPS enforced; secrets in environment variables

• Least-privilege API scopes; immediate revocation on disconnect

• Passwords (if used) stored securely; we never share credentials

• Your account is not accessible to our team; messages are sent by the AI via authorized APIs only

Instagram usage follows Meta Graph API allowed use cases. For email, we use your authorized connection to send replies. We follow rate limits and respect your privacy settings.
